Job Description

About the role: Guide students to make positive choices through coaching, restorative practice and consistent boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Run check-ins, goal-setting and reflection sessions

Support reintegration following sanctions or absence

Model de-escalation and calm communication in lessons and social times

Liaise with pastoral leads and families to track progress

Requirements:

Background in youth work, mentoring or SEMH support

Resilience, empathy and professionalism under pressure

Sound record-keeping and safeguarding awareness
