Music Teacher - KS3 Focus - Salford Secondary School
A welcoming secondary school in Salford is looking for a Music teacher to provide cover within their performing arts department.
The school has a vibrant creative faculty where Music plays an important role in school life. The department regularly encourages students to take part in performances, assemblies and creative projects, and staff work closely together to make lessons engaging and inclusive.
This role will mainly involve teaching Key Stage 3 Music, making it ideal for teachers who enjoy introducing students to music and building confidence in performance, listening and composition.
About the role:
- Teaching Music across KS3
- Delivering lessons using existing department schemes of work
- Encouraging creativity through performance, rhythm and composition
- Maintaining strong classroom engagement in practical lessons
