Nursery Officer / Early Years Educator / Nursery Nurse - Tower Hamlets

Location: Tower Hamlets, London
Start Date: 13 April - Summer Term 2026
Hourly Rate: £18
Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm

SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a welcoming primary school and its attached children's centre in Tower Hamlets to recruit an experienced Nursery Officer / Early Years Educator / Nursery Nurse for their 2-year-old provision. The role starts on 13 April and continues through the summer term.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality care and early learning experiences. You will join a supportive and enthusiastic team, contributing to a well-regarded children's centre and helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children.

Please note: Candidates must hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

Role Overview

  • Provide physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children in the 2-year-old room

  • Collaborate with the nursery team to create an engaging and enabling environment for play and learning

  • Support daily routines and activities tailored to the developmental needs of young children

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a nursery or school setting

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification - essential

  • Professional, enthusiastic, and approachable

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

The school and children's centre are easily accessible by public transport, with good connections across Tower Hamlets.
