What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has proven experience in Year 2 or Lower KS1
  • Knows the Year 2 curriculum and SATs expectations inside out
  • Can create a nurturing yet structured classroom where young learners feel safe and inspired
  • Has a track record of preparing children for end of Key Stage 1 assessments
  • Cares deeply about building curious, confident, resilient learners
  • Brings high expectations and an inclusive, open mindset to everything they do
