Teaching Assistant

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering lessons while helping students stay engaged and motivated. You will work with individuals and small groups, offering guidance to help them succeed both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons alongside teaching staff
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
- Help maintain a focused and positive classroom environment
- Support pupils with additional learning needs
- Prepare classroom materials and resources

Requirements:
- Essential: previous UK secondary school experience
- Experience supporting young people in an educational setting
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Patient, proactive and adaptable approach
