Job Description

Secondary schools in Richmond upon Thames are working alongside Tradewind Recruitment to recruit committed and flexible Cover Supervisors to join their teams from April 2026.

Key Duties:

Leading classroom activities in line with provided lesson plans
Supporting students' learning and progress
Maintaining classroom discipline and following school behaviour policies
Providing feedback to teaching staff

Essential Skills:

Strong communication skills and confident classroom presence
Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability
Previous experience working with young people
An up-to-date DBS (or willingness to apply)
