A large outstanding secondary school based in Hounslow are looking for a Maths teacher.
School are looking for someone to start after Easter on a long term contract until at least July 2026, with the possibility of continuing in September and securing a permanent contract.
This position is full time but school are open to part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Salary will match outer London MPS/UPS.
School has available parking spaces.

Maths Teacher - Hounslow, London

* Deliver high-quality maths lessons across KS3-KS5, ensuring students develop strong numerical, algebraic, and problem-solving skills.
* Inspire confidence in mathematics by using a range of engaging teaching strategies tailored to different learning abilities.
* Monitor and support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and intervention where necessary.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and academic achievement.
* Contribute to the wider maths department, supporting curriculum development and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A relevant degree in Mathematics or a related subject
* Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Approachable, organised, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
