Teaching Assistant

The Role
In this Teaching Assistant position, you will play a key role in supporting classroom learning. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure students remain engaged and receive the guidance they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lesson delivery across a range of subjects
- Work with small groups and on a one-to-one basis
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
- Assist students who require additional learning support
- Help organise and prepare teaching materials
- Build students' confidence and independence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a UK secondary school is essential
- Experience working with young people in education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
