Learning Support Assistants Needed - SEN Schools in Corby

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in specialist SEN schools across Corby.

These schools support pupils aged 4-18 with complex needs, with a strong focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASC). The environments are nurturing, structured, and designed to help every child thrive through personalised support and meaningful learning experiences.

The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex needs
  • Assist with individualised learning programmes tailored to each child
  • Support communication using methods such as sign-supported systems (e.g. Signalong)
  • Help pupils develop social, emotional, and life skills
  • Work closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes
  • Support students with additional health or care needs where required
