Key Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging pre-prepared Drama lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4
Encouraging students to participate, build confidence, and express themselves through performance
Supporting school productions, drama clubs, and enrichment activities
Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Working alongside teaching staff to support students' learning and development

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience working with young people in a school, youth theatre, or community setting
Hold a degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject (desirable but not essential)
Are passionate about using drama to inspire and develop students
Have strong communication and classroom management skills
