Year 2 Primary Teacher - Small Class Size - Watford, Hertfordshire

Full-time | Key Stage One (KS1) | Start Date: 14th April
Salary: Main Pay Scale (London Fringe)

Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded and supportive primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, to appoint a dedicated Key Stage One Primary Teacher for a Year 2 class of just 15 pupils, supported by a full-time Teaching Assistant. The successful Key Stage One Primary Teacher will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for a small Year 2 class
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with the Teaching Assistant and wider staff team
  • Assess, track, and support pupil progress in line with the national curriculum
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers
