What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Primary or Secondary trained (ECTs with relevant placement experience are encouraged to apply).
  • SEN Specialist: Proven experience or a deep-rooted interest in working with PMLD, complex needs, or ASC.
  • Adaptability: A teacher who can pivot their lesson plan in the moment to meet the emotional or physical needs of their students.
  • Empathy & Energy: A genuine desire to celebrate the "small wins" that make a massive difference.

Why Join Our School?

"Our school is more than just a building; it's a community where we focus on what our pupils can do. We invest heavily in our staff because we know you are the heartbeat of our classrooms."

  • Small Class Sizes: Ensuring you can provide the 1-on-1 attention your students deserve.
  • State-of-the-Art Facilities: Access to hydrotherapy pools, sensory rooms, and specialised outdoor learning spaces.
  • Professional Growth: Regular CPD training in specialist areas like Team-Teach, Moving & Handling, and specialised SEN pedagogy.
  • Supportive Leadership: A management team that understands the unique challenges-and rewards-of SEN teaching.
