Salary: £93 - £110 per day depending on experience

Tradewind are searching for experienced BSL Teaching Assistant's to join us this academic year! These roles are ideal for compassionate, motivated individuals who are committed to inclusive education and making a real difference in the lives of students with hearing impairments.

**About the BSL Teaching Assistant Role **

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to Deaf students
• Use BSL to facilitate effective communication and learning
• Work closely with Teachers of the Deaf and SEN teams
• Help create an inclusive and accessible learning environment

**Requirements **

• A BSL qualification
• OR significant experience supporting as a BSL Teaching Assistant in educational settings
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting SEN learners
• DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
