Pay: £95-£120 per day (depending on experience)

A respected secondary school in Westminster is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN across Key Stages 3 and 4. This role is designed for graduates who are serious about progressing into teacher training.

The school offers a structured and supportive environment with a strong focus on both academic achievement and inclusion. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will gain valuable classroom experience working closely with teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support SEN students across the secondary curriculum
* Deliver focused intervention sessions
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom routines
* Encourage engagement and academic progress
* Observe teaching and assessment strategies
