About the Role:

As part of our Graduate Scheme, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff, gaining practical classroom experience while supporting students academically, socially and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning in the classroom
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Support pupil engagement, progress and positive behaviour
• Gain experience across teaching, pastoral support and classroom management
• Work alongside experienced staff to develop effective teaching practice
• Support students with additional learning or emotional needs where required
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
