Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Corby area seeking an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are committed to delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
The Role
- Teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that motivate and challenge students
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring and assessing student progress effectively
- Working collaboratively with a supportive humanities department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Geography within a UK secondary school
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for Geography and education
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
