Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of supportive and welcoming schools across the Corby area.

Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate considering a career in education, or someone with transferable experience working with young people, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities

  • Help create a positive and engaging learning environment

  • Support students with additional learning or behavioural needs where required

  • Encourage student confidence, progress, and independence

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school teams

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable

  • A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A passion for supporting education and student development

  • Relevant TA qualifications are welcomed but not essential

  • Graduates considering future teacher training are encouraged to apply
