The Role

As a DT Food Technology Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Plan and adapt lessons where required
  • Maintain a positive and safe learning environment within practical classroom settings
  • Support students in developing creativity, confidence, and key culinary skills
  • Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching DT Food Technology in UK secondary schools
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
  • A genuine passion for education and student progress
