Tradewind Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and highly supportive SEN school in Corby, who are currently looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join their team on a flexible supply basis.

This specialist provision supports students with a wide range of additional learning and physical needs, including High Functioning Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Physical Disabilities, and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). The school is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering creative and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will be expected to build positive relationships with students, support emotional regulation, and adapt teaching approaches to suit a variety of communication and learning styles. Working closely alongside experienced teaching assistants, therapists, and senior leaders, you will play a key role in supporting students' progress, confidence, and independence.

This opportunity would suit a compassionate and resilient teacher who has previous experience working within SEN or alternative provision settings. Experience supporting students with Autism, SLD, or PMLD is highly desirable, although applicants with strong mainstream experience and a genuine passion for SEND are also encouraged to apply.
