Important: Applications are only open to candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Applications from other recruitment sectors will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment
* Strong relationship-building skills with schools and candidates
* Proven business development ability
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance within education recruitment
* Motivated, professional, and target-driven mindset
