Primary, Secondary & KS5 Teachers - Complex Needs Provision | Bow | ASAP Start

Are you a dedicated and compassionate teacher looking to make a real impact within a specialist education setting? We are currently recruiting Primary, Secondary, and KS5 Teachers to join a well-supported complex needs provision in Bow, working with pupils and young people with Autism, PMLD, SLD, complex medical needs, and communication difficulties.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs

  • Support pupils with complex needs, Autism, sensory needs, and communication difficulties

  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers

  • Promote student engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing

  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where necessary

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

  • Has experience working within SEN or complex needs settings

  • Can confidently manage behaviour and support additional needs

  • Is passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with SEND

  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Holds or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS
