Primary, Secondary & KS5 Teachers - Complex Needs Provision | Bow | ASAP Start
Are you a dedicated and compassionate teacher looking to make a real impact within a specialist education setting? We are currently recruiting Primary, Secondary, and KS5 Teachers to join a well-supported complex needs provision in Bow, working with pupils and young people with Autism, PMLD, SLD, complex medical needs, and communication difficulties.

The Role:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs
Support pupils with complex needs, Autism, sensory needs, and communication difficulties
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers
Promote student engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing
Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where necessary
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience working within SEN or complex needs settings
Can confidently manage behaviour and support additional needs
Is passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with SEND
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Holds or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS
