SEN Teacher - Lambeth (£200 - £270/day)
Are you an experienced SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can make a meaningful difference to children's lives every day?
Sanza is working with an excellent mainstream primary school seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) from September.
This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a well-resourced and highly supportive setting.
The role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences tailored to the needs of pupils with ASD
- Lead a small ARP class of up to 10 children, ensuring every pupil receives the support and challenge they need to thrive
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting provision and interventions to meet individual learning goals
- Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes independence, communication, and social development
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and the wider school team to provide consistent support for pupils
- Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all children, following school policies and statutory guidance at all times

What you'll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs, particularly ASD
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs
- A proactive, patient, and professional approach to teaching and learning
