The Role:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects

  • Work with individual students and small groups to boost attainment

  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

  • Gain first-hand experience of school life and teaching practice

  • Build the skills and confidence required for future teacher training

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A degree in any subject

  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude

  • The ability to build rapport with young people

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
