The Role:

  • Support teaching and learning within secondary school classrooms

  • Assist students in Business Studies and other curriculum subjects

  • Deliver targeted interventions and small group support

  • Help raise student attainment and engagement

  • Gain practical experience of teaching and classroom management

  • Work closely with experienced teachers and school leaders

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A degree in Business, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence working with young people

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential
