The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to post-16 learners, teaching Business Studies across A-Level, BTEC, T-Level, or equivalent qualifications.

As a Business Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering innovative lessons, monitoring student progress, and creating a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to develop commercial awareness, critical thinking, and analytical skills. You will play a key role in helping learners understand real-world business concepts and preparing them for successful futures.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 5, Further Education, A-Level, BTEC, or equivalent level.
• Possess strong subject knowledge and an enthusiasm for business education.
• Be able to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
• Have a commitment to raising achievement and supporting student success.
