Depending on your background and expertise, you may teach subjects including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Design Engineering, or related disciplines.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or be willing to work towards one.
• Possess relevant engineering qualifications and/or industry experience.
• Have experience teaching or training learners within Further Education, apprenticeships, or industry settings.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and a passion for engineering.
• Be able to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities and backgrounds.
• Have excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
