Performing Arts ECT - Secondary Schools in Liverpool

Are you an Early Career Teacher of Performing Arts looking to begin your teaching career in supportive secondary schools across Liverpool?

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a range of secondary schools in Liverpool who are seeking enthusiastic Performing Arts ECTs to join their teams from September. These schools offer excellent induction programmes, experienced mentors, and strong opportunities to develop your classroom practice in a creative, dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Performing Arts ECT in Liverpool, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping students develop their confidence, creativity, and performance skills. Whether your specialism is drama, music, dance or a combination of performing arts disciplines, we have Liverpool-based opportunities to match your experience and career aspirations.

We are looking for:

  • Qualified Performing Arts ECTs or trainee teachers due to achieve QTS
  • Passionate Secondary Performing Arts Teachers with strong subject knowledge
  • Individuals committed to raising attainment and inspiring creativity
  • Teachers confident delivering Performing Arts at KS3 and KS4

Requirements:

To be considered, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Performing Arts (or due to achieve QTS by September 2026)
  • An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Full career history
  • Two professional references, including your most recent placement
  • Legal right to work in the UK
