The role offers a varied workload, including Teaching Assistant (TA), Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and class teaching responsibilities, depending on the needs of the schools and your experience.

The Role

• Work across a network of friendly and inclusive primary schools within the Trust.
• Deliver engaging lessons when covering teaching responsibilities.
• Support pupils as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA where required.
• Adapt to different classroom environments and year groups.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders.
• Enjoy the flexibility of supply while gaining invaluable experience.

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an ECT due to complete training.
• A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to working in schools.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
