The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant working within EYFS, you will:

  • Support children in Nursery and Reception classes with their learning and development.
  • Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with class teachers to support children's progress.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and help children build confidence and independence.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings while maintaining high standards of care and education.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.
  • Experience working within EYFS in a primary school or nursery setting.
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
