Maths Teacher - Wellingborough

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in the Wellingborough area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to developing students' confidence and achievement in mathematics while helping them reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach Key Stage 5 being advantageous but not essential. You will join a supportive department that is committed to academic excellence and student success.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons.

  • Teach a broad Mathematics curriculum across KS3 and KS4.

  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress.

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and Maths department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting.

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

  • A passion for Mathematics and raising student achievement.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
