Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a passionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEN school in Enfield, supporting pupils with additional needs and behavioural challenges.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing challenging behaviour and helping young people make positive progress.

• Role: Behaviour Mentor
• Start: ASAP
• Contract: Full-time, long-term
• Pay: £95-£125 per day PAYE
• Setting: Specialist SEN School
• Experience: SEN / Behaviour experience preferred

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils with behavioural and additional needs
• Building strong, positive relationships
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Helping pupils with emotional regulation
• Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
• Encouraging positive engagement with learning
• Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff
• Supporting pupils to develop confidence and independence

Who We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from Behaviour Mentors, Learning Mentors, SEN TAs, Youth Workers, Support Workers and Pastoral staff with experience working with young people.

Experience with SEN, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour, de-escalation or emotional regulation would be highly desirable.
