Are you a Youth Worker, Youth Mentor or Support Worker looking for a new opportunity?

Your experience supporting young people could transfer brilliantly into a school-based Teaching Assistant role.

We are recruiting for schools across Manchester looking for people who can build strong relationships with children and young people and help them overcome barriers to learning.

You could be supporting pupils with:

• SEMH
• Behavioural needs
• Autism
• ADHD
• Anxiety and emotional regulation
• Engagement and attendance
• Additional learning needs

Your day could involve 1:1 mentoring, classroom support, small-group activities, break/lunch support and helping pupils develop confidence and independence.
