We're looking for a reliable and experienced School Administrator to support a school in Warrington, with an immediate opportunity available.

About the Role:

We are seeking a School Administrator to provide efficient administrative and front-of-house support within a busy school office. You'll be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the school office, maintaining accurate records, responding to enquiries, and supporting staff, pupils, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative and reception support to the school
* Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and deal with enquiries professionally
* Welcome and assist parents, visitors, staff, and pupils
* Maintain accurate records and update school databases and systems
* Support with attendance and pupil administration
* Prepare documents, letters, reports, and other school correspondence
* Assist with filing, photocopying, data entry, and general office duties
* Handle confidential information appropriately and follow safeguarding procedures
* Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure the smooth running of the school office

What We're Looking For:

* Previous administrative or reception experience
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
* A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
* Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding requirements
* A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

Desirable (but not essential):

* Previous experience working within a school or education setting
* Experience using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, or similar
* Experience with attendance, admissions, safeguarding, or pupil administration
* Relevant administration or business qualification
