Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting qualified education specialists for Supply Teacher positions for a range of schools across Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities:

Depending on the placement, you may be expected to:

  • Deliver engaging lessons within your specialist subject or Key Stage.
  • Follow existing schemes of work and lesson plans.
  • Plan and adapt learning where required.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Assess pupil understanding and provide appropriate feedback.
  • Maintain safeguarding and professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff.
  • Contribute to a positive learning environment and maintain continuity of learning.

We're looking for teachers with:

✓ - QTS or recognised equivalent teaching qualification
✓ - Recent classroom experience
✓ - Strong behaviour management skills
✓ - Appropriate subject or Key Stage expertise
✓ - A commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare
✓ - Flexibility around the type of work you are looking for
