What does the job actually involve?

Recruitment is fast-paced, commercial and highly people-focused.

You'll be:

• Building relationships with teachers and education professionals

• Developing relationships with schools

• Making calls and generating new opportunities

• Growing and managing your own recruitment desk

• Matching educators with schools

• Negotiating placements

• Developing new business

• Managing your pipeline

• Working towards individual and team targets

• Becoming a specialist in your education market

Some days will be challenging.

You'll hear "no".

You'll have deals fall through.

You'll have targets to hit.
