A 2-form entry primary school in Ealing is looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join its team from November 2026 on a long-term basis, with the role expected to continue until the end of the academic year.

The school has a strong community feel, with an established teaching team and a focus on creating a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. Staff work collaboratively across year groups, sharing planning and resources to support consistency in teaching.

The Role

You'll be taking responsibility for a Year 3 class as pupils settle into KS2 and develop greater independence in their learning.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum.
• Teaching English, maths and foundation subjects in line with the school's curriculum.
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting lessons to meet different learning needs.
• Establishing clear classroom routines and maintaining positive behaviour.
• Working closely with the parallel Year 3 teacher to share ideas and resources.
• Supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence and personal development.

Who Should Apply?

You'll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
