Primary SEND Teacher - Rochdale
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! We are looking for a QTS Primary SEND Teacher with experience supporting pupils with social, emotional and additional needs to join a specialist SEND primary school in South Rochdale.
This is a part-time, long-term supply role, working Monday to Wednesday, 8.30am-3.30pm.
The Role
- QTS Primary SEND Teacher
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- 8.30am-3.30pm
- Teaching a small class of approximately 10 pupils aged 5-7
- Likely to be KS1, with the school happy to match the class to your experience
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
- Working closely with teaching assistants, parents and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Supporting pupils with a range of complex communication, behavioural and medical needs
The Ideal Teacher
You will be a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS and recent experience working with children aged 3-11 with SEND. You will have a genuine passion for inclusion, be resilient and adaptable, and be confident leading a team of teaching assistants.

Requirements
- QTS or QTLS
- Recent Primary SEND teaching experience
- Legal right to work in the UK
