Job Description

We are looking for a strong and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a SEND child within an EYFS classroom.

This is a busy setting with a challenging catchment area and high expectations, so we need someone who is confident, resilient and able to maintain high standards while providing nurturing and consistent support.

  • Full-time Teaching Assistant
  • EYFS experience preferred
  • 1:1 support for a SEND child
  • Supporting the child within the classroom environment
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Resilient and confident working in a demanding setting
  • Able to build a strong relationship with the child while maintaining clear boundaries
  • High expectations for behaviour, learning and progress

This role would suit an experienced TA who is passionate about SEND and early years and is looking for a position where their support can make a real difference.
