💼 Daily Rate: £95 - £132 : AWR rates apply in your 13^th week of work.

A supportive specialist secondary school in Hackney is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team.

The school provides a structured and nurturing learning environment for students with additional needs, focusing on helping young people develop academically while building confidence, independence, and strong social skills. This specific role involves providing vital 1:1 support for a Year 9 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who thrives on structure and appreciates a calm, orderly approach to learning.

This is a highly rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with teenagers and is confident providing consistent, personalized support. The successful candidate will play an important part in helping this pupil stay engaged, manage anxiety, and feel supported throughout the school day.
