- Have recent experience working with young children in a UK primary school, nursery or similar educational setting.
- Have experience supporting children with SEN, ideally within EYFS.
- Be confident supporting children with challenging behaviour, communication needs and emotional regulation difficulties.
- Demonstrate patience, resilience and a nurturing approach when working with children who require additional support.
- Be able to follow individual support plans and work collaboratively with the class teacher and SEN team.
- Support children's early development, communication, social skills and independence.
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
In return, Tradewind Recruitment offers:
- Competitive daily pay.
- Free access to ongoing CPD and accredited training.
- A dedicated consultant providing personalised support throughout your placement.
- Access to a wide range of long-term and permanent education opportunities across the North West.
