Are you a passionate and caring Level 3 Nursery Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in children's early development?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join welcoming and supportive nursery and Early Years settings across Camden, North London.

🏫 Role: Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner

🌈 What will you be doing?

  • Supporting children aged 0-5 years in a safe, nurturing and stimulating Early Years environment.

  • Planning and delivering fun, creative and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

  • Encouraging children's communication, language, social and emotional development through play-based learning.

  • Supporting children with daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play.

  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

  • Observing children's development and helping them reach key learning milestones.

  • Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, care and wellbeing.

🎓 What we're looking for:

  • A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or an equivalent full and relevant qualification).

  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

  • A good understanding of the EYFS framework.

  • A warm, patient, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting is desirable.
