📚 The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you could:

• Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to help reinforce learning.
• Help pupils build confidence, develop independence and stay engaged in lessons.
• Support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, where appropriate.
• Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a supportive classroom environment.
• Build relationships with pupils and staff while gaining first-hand experience of school life.
• Develop your communication, teamwork and behaviour-management skills.

• Graduates from any degree background who are interested in working in education.
• Individuals considering a future career in teaching, psychology, SEND or youth work.
