The role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with school plans and curriculum requirements.
  • Adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning styles.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
  • Support pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing throughout the school day.

What we're looking for

We're keen to hear from teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), where required for the role.
  • Have strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Are enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable.
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
  • Have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
