Are you a Business teacher who enjoys bringing the subject to life for younger learners? Are you looking for a school where you can build confidence in your students and see them progress through to GCSE?

Tradewind is working in partnership with a popular secondary school in St Albans to find an enthusiastic Business teacher. This is a classroom-focused role, teaching Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Business lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Prepare students for GCSE examinations and build strong foundations in the earlier years
  • Track student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the curriculum
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, relevant experience teaching in the UK
  • Strong subject knowledge in Business
  • Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4, or an ECT keen to develop in this area
  • Able to motivate and inspire younger learners
  • Good organisational and communication skills
