Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Lambeth seeking a talented Physics Teacher to join their Science Department for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to teach Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop both academic confidence and a genuine enthusiasm for science.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Physics lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
• Assess, monitor and support student progress in line with school expectations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the continued success of the Science Department.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour, attendance and achievement.

We Are Looking For

• A qualified teacher holding QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
• A strong Physics specialist with excellent subject knowledge.
• A teacher committed to raising attainment and supporting student outcomes.
• An enthusiastic and reflective practitioner who contributes positively to school life.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: MPS1 to MPS6 (Inner London), dependent on qualifications and experience.

Salary will be discussed during the recruitment process and will be determined in line with the school's pay policy, relevant experience and qualifications. Additional payments, including TLRs, may be available where appropriate responsibilities are agreed.
