Exciting Opportunity for Year 3 Teaching Assistant!

Our client school, located in the vibrant London Borough of Islington, is searching for a dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 class team. Part-time options are also available, and day-to-day support staff are welcome to apply!

As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children's learning and well-being with enthusiasm and dedication
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Utilise strong behaviour management techniques to promote positive behaviour and create a conducive learning atmosphere

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working with children
• Be available full-time, Monday to Friday, or part-time options available
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Possess excellent behaviour management skills to effectively handle classroom dynamics and ensure a productive learning environment
