Programme Overview:

This two-year programme is ideal for aspiring teachers who want to gain real classroom experience before embarking on their teaching qualification. You will spend your first year working as a Cover Supervisor at a local Northamptonshire school, gaining essential classroom management skills and building your confidence in a teaching environment.

During the second year, you will progress to completing a fully funded PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) at the same school, meaning you'll stay in one familiar and supportive environment throughout your training.
