Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) - Barking & Dagenham

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Tradewind Recruitment is looking to appoint experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a variety of roles in schools across Barking & Dagenham. You will be working within SEN settings, supporting students with a range of learning difficulties including autism, dyslexia, speech and language needs, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD).

The Role Involves:

• Providing academic support across a range of subjects and key stages
• Working closely with SENCOs and class teachers to adapt lesson content
• Encouraging independence, resilience, and progress in pupils
• Assisting with communication and social development

We're Seeking Candidates Who:

• Have classroom-based experience supporting SEN learners
• Are confident adapting teaching materials and tasks
• Bring positivity, organisation, and dedication to each school day
