Tradewind Recruitment is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals for Pastoral Support roles across schools in Barking & Dagenham. These roles focus on improving student wellbeing, attendance, and emotional resilience by offering dedicated pastoral care within school environments.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Supporting the emotional, social, and behavioural development of vulnerable students
- Building trusted relationships and helping students manage personal challenges
- Liaising with families, safeguarding leads, and external agencies when needed
- Promoting inclusion, engagement, and a positive school experience
Ideal Backgrounds Include:
- School pastoral roles, family support work, social care, or youth engagement
- Strong safeguarding awareness and emotional intelligence
