Contract Type: Flexible - daily supply, short‑term, long‑term, or temp‑to‑perm
Pay Rate: In line with MPS/UPS scale points
About This Opportunity
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with QTS for supply teaching roles across primary schools in Bury and Bolton. We offer a broad spectrum of placements-ranging from one-day cover to term-long or temp‑to‑perm contracts-to give you meaningful experience and career development
You'll work across different settings (EYFS, KS1, KS2), build classroom confidence, and develop a teaching portfolio-all while maintaining flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned to the Primary National Curriculum.
- Manage whole-class teaching and small-group interventions.
- Create positive, inclusive learning environments.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet students' individual needs.
- Build relationships with pupils and school staff, even in short‑term stays.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)-ECTs welcome.
- Knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
- Adaptability and professionalism across diverse school environments.
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
